Your privacy is very important to us. Safiya Karite and Cleo Anderson Inc. promises to keep your personal information private. We will not use, sell or share your information unless required by law. We do promise that if we every share your information with law enforcement, that we will notify you of our intent and provide you with an explanation as to why this information was provided.
Ordering
Payment for all orders are billed when your order is placed and can take up to three (3) business days to reach our account, be authorized and/or captured by your debit or credit card company. If you choose the Check or Money Order option, please send your payment to P.O Box 414, Marysville, Ca. 95901. Make your check payable to Cleo Allen. When using either of these options, we will still receive your electronic order, but will not be able to ship your product until payment is received and clears the bank. Be sure to include your order number and all applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Refunds & Return Policy
All products are created , packaged and shipped by us. Each item you order is made by hand within 48 hours after you place your order. Due to the type and nature of the products we carry, we do not accept refunds. If you find there is a problem we are more than happy to correct OUR mistake. If it's your mistake, we are more than happy to provide a store credit, to be used for future purchase within our web store.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS which depends on the size of your order and will provided you with timely email communication and delivery confirmation when your order is shipped. UPS may take anywhere from 3-5 days for delivery and USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-4 delivery days with Delivery Confirmation. From the time your order your products to the time we prepare and package them for shipment may take 2-5 business days depending on the size of your order. For average orders we are able to ship them within 48 hours of the time your order is finalized. We personally make every item for sale on our website so that it arrives to you a fresh as possible. Due to the nature of the items we create and the natural ingredients used, there may be times when your the fragrance or color of an item may look slightly different. The cause of this change may be subtle yet noticeable. No worries, nature sometimes gives us different colors of the same product. Other causes may be a change in our suppliers or their product. There will not however be a change in the end result of our finished product, the quality of what we create will remain intake.
