We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS which depends on the size of your order and will provided you with timely email communication and delivery confirmation when your order is shipped. UPS may take anywhere from 3-5 days for delivery and USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3-4 delivery days with Delivery Confirmation. From the time your order your products to the time we prepare and package them for shipment may take 2-5 business days depending on the size of your order. For average orders we are able to ship them within 48 hours of the time your order is finalized. We personally make every item for sale on our website so that it arrives to you a fresh as possible. Due to the nature of the items we create and the natural ingredients used, there may be times when your the fragrance or color of an item may look slightly different. The cause of this change may be subtle yet noticeable. No worries, nature sometimes gives us different colors of the same product. Other causes may be a change in our suppliers or their product. There will not however be a change in the end result of our finished product, the quality of what we create will remain intake.
